Breakfast: mini wheats with skim milk
Lunch: banana with peanut butter
Dinner: Salad, one piece of bread
Snack: 2 milano cookies, goldfish
Exercise: 30 minute elliptical
I’m back home for the summer, there are 90 days til I go to the beach for vacation. 90 days to work out and eat right. Tomorrow I’m going to start posting my meals and workouts here. Hopefully that will make me think more about what I’m eating.
